Client Relationships

A client is a person – sometimes a collection of people – that we meet and get to know, hopefully for many years to come. Everyone has a different story to tell. Their lives will always be bigger than work. It’s second nature to us to recognise this. We understand the pressures and roles each person carries with them – and we’re sensitive to it.

A client is a person representing a brand. And that brand is of undeniable importance. Every piece of work that we undertake for our clients will reach customers, consumers and stakeholders. We have a responsibility to get it right – for our clients and for their brand.

‘Here are a few of the clients we’ve been ‘getting it right’ for. Please click the panels to find out more about each one, or to see full case studies please visit our Portfolio section.’

Bear Grylls

A recommendation from an existing client saw us design BGSA’s original launch branding some years ago, and more recently redesign it as this highly successful initiative has taken off.

SEKO Logistics

We’ve been working with SEKO since 2003 and we’re now their global brand guardians, producing hundreds of marketing pieces each year.

Exeter Rugby Club

One of our newer clients after a successful pitch in mid 2017 – we now work with the 2017/18 Aviva Premiership Rugby Champions across all aspects of their design work.

Andrews & Robertson

Since 2009 we’ve designed and produced over 90 high quality 100-page auction catalogues for A&R, each one with just a four day turnaround.

We were recommended to Toolbank to pitch for their Christmas campaign in 2001. Now 17 years on, ‘Real Deals for You’ is a national brand and our relationship is strengthening every year.

We’ve been producing multi-language materials for Anixter since 2006. We’re also responsible for their 1,000 page Wire & Cable product bible – a serious production challenge!

Beefeater London

We were approached by Beefeater after they saw one of our innovative Christmas gifts – a personalised colouring book! They loved our unusual approach and quirky ideas.

The Crown Estate

We formed part of a wider stakeholder team to provide planning, design and copywriting services for a new Windsor Great Park website – just about as high profile as you can get!

TE Connectivity

Our relationship goes back some 25 years, since before Shine was created – and it’s still going strong through various acquisitions, and with multiple business divisions.

A client pretty much since day one of Shine Creative, and over the years we’ve done it all for Spitfire – from print and digital to billboards and even taxi advertising.

Clancy Docwra

After Clancy approached us in 2010, we went on to support their in-house team with design, print, illustration and copywriting services across all areas of the business.

Durham University

We wanted to do our bit to help Durham University with its annual fundraising Fashion Show – especially as one of our staff member’s sons was a student there at the time!

The Elvetham

After being recommended by another client, we went on to create multiple marketing pieces for The Elvetham, including numerous Christmas party promotions.
