Shine goes on tour – with Toolbank’s Autumn Trade Shows!

On Tuesday we took a trip to Maidstone, and brought ‘all the fun of the fair’ for the first stop on our tour with Toolbank – as they take their Trade Shows across the country over the next couple of weeks. We are delighted to be part of this industry-leading event, showcasing everything that Shine offers, alongside great brands such as Stanley and DeWalt.

We’ve been proudly working with Toolbank for over 15 years now, and our ethos has always mirrored theirs. It’s about supporting their stockists through carefully considered promotional initiatives – all of which are designed to help them reach more customers and maximise their sales opportunities. In the last few years, we have also devised and developed their ‘Real Deals for You’ brand promotion – bringing new and innovative ideas which have helped them increase sales significantly.

So, why are we attending these Trade Shows? Because we ultimately want to take the opportunity to meet with Toolbank’s stockists face-to-face, to gain a thorough understanding of what their businesses need, and the challenges they face. So that we can determine how to support them even more effectively.

Although our work to date has been primarily with Toolbank itself, everything we do is designed to support their stockists and to help them increase sales and profits. So it seemed a natural next step to work with these stockists by creating a carefully tailored selection of promotional tools – developed to assist their growth, with both short and long-term goals in mind.

A key part of these promotional tools is all about ensuring that each stockists’ branding is on point, in order to smash the competition and create lasting impressions that attract customers. It only takes 10 seconds for a customer to form their first impression of a brand, so it is vital that it looks good – and that’s what we’re aiming to achieve for Toolbank’s stockists, helping to make them even more successful in the future.

This is why we chose a ‘funfair’ theme for our stand – with crazy mirrors that have helped us to attract attention, and to highlight the importance of appearance, and brand perception. We’ve already spoken to some great businesses, and we’re looking forward to working with them over the coming weeks on everything from branding and point-of-sale, to social media and websites. It’s all about connecting them with their customers, developing brand loyalty and driving sales!
