Shine achieves RAR recommendations for 25 services!
The Recommended Agency Register (RAR) helps brands choose the best agencies to work with, through a database holding over 45,000 ratings from a wide variety of clients. But being RAR acclaimed is no mean feat – you need a minimum of three separate clients to rate you for the same service, in order to be recommended for it.
“The digital age means consumers never really have to take a risk when buying anything, online reviews are available for everything. The RAR brings the same type of transparency to the B2B sector, and means that clients can get genuine honest insights into the quality of services offered by agencies they may want to work with. Being Recommended by the RAR platform means that a client can commission an agency safe in the knowledge that they will be able to deliver on all fronts.”

It’s one thing to claim you have expertise and skills across a range of services. But we think it says a whole lot more when your clients are willing to endorse you for your work. Word of mouth is a powerful thing, after all.
We all like to receive a bit of praise now and again. And this year we were lucky enough to be recommended for a fourth time, across a record 25 services – from branding and marketing, to web design and copywriting, and a whole lot more. We believe these recommendations are a testament to the hard work we do, how we continue to grow as a team, and the traditional foundations which we were built on.
But what it really boils down to, and what is at the very core of these values, is a passion for exceptional customer care. It is this dedication to customer service, and a willingness to go above and beyond for our clients, which ultimately results in longstanding relationships that we can be truly proud of.
“In this business, you have to be adaptable and develop your talents in line with your clients’ needs, if you want to survive and excel. We are all perfectly capable of delivering a positive end result, but it’s the method and principles you apply along the way that should be meticulously nurtured. These actions are what really make businesses blossom!”
Samantha Stokes, Founder and Creative Director, Shine Creative
This isn’t the first time we’ve discussed customer experience and the importance of it, here on our little piece of the web. We’ve said it once, and we’ll say it again. Customer service is a way of life, a business ethos – and it should be at the forefront of everything that you do as a company.
Providing an outstanding customer experience is all about putting yourself in your clients’ shoes, and making their lives easier every step of the way. But most of all, it is about the ability to deliver intelligently creative solutions and a flawless service, as painlessly and effortlessly as possible. And this is where we excel.
